1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Online: WooCommerce Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal
By Phone: Worldpay
By Bank Transfer: For trade or invoice customers only
2. Payment Timing
Online orders: Payment is taken at checkout.
Phone or email orders: Payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
Bespoke orders: Full payment upfront for new customers; 30-day accounts available for approved repeat customers.
3. Security of Payments
Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your data during transmission.
Card payments are processed securely by PCI DSS-compliant providers (WooCommerce Payments, PayPal, and Worldpay).
We do not store your card details — all transactions are handled by the payment processor.

4. Currency
All transactions are processed in GBP (£).
5. Fraud Prevention
