1. Delivery Information

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All orders are shipped using trusted couriers (APC Overnight as our primary courier, with FedEx as backup) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

 

1.1 Standard Mainland UK Delivery

  • Orders under £100 (ex. VAT): £14.99

  • Orders £100 or more (ex. VAT): FREE

  • Estimated delivery: Next Working Day after dispatch

2. Dispatch Times

  • Core Products (In-House Manufactured): Most orders are dispatched the same day or within 1 business day, with next-day delivery once shipped.

  • Special Orders (PPE/Workwear): Supplied via our partner Beeswift Ltd. Delivery is typically 2–3 working days, depending on their stock and processing times.

 

3. Tracking

We provide tracking numbers for all courier deliveries. Special Orders fulfilled by Beeswift may not have tracking information available.

 

4. Returns Policy

 

4.1 Core Products

  • Returnable within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by us — we will arrange collection or provide a return label.

 

4.2 Made-to-Order or Custom Products

  • Non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.

 

4.3 Special Orders (PPE/Workwear)

  • Non-returnable unless faulty or not as described (for hygiene and safety reasons).

 

4.4 Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
