  • By Phone: Worldpay

  • By Bank Transfer: For trade or invoice customers only

 

2. Payment Timing

  • Online orders: Payment is taken at checkout.

  • Phone or email orders: Payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

  • Bespoke orders: Full payment upfront for new customers; 30-day accounts available for approved repeat customers.

 

3. Security of Payments

  • Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your data during transmission.

  • Card payments are processed securely by PCI DSS-compliant providers (WooCommerce Payments, PayPal, and Worldpay).

  • We do not store your card details — all transactions are handled by the payment processor.

4. Currency

All transactions are processed in GBP (£).

 

5. Fraud Prevention
